New Reports/Features

Annual Forms group: A new group named Annual Forms has been added to display forms parents/guardians need to complete each school year. This new group will be visible in PowerSchool Administrator, on the Forms page, as well as in the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

Parent Portal Notification Alerts: A new notification feature has been added to the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Families will be able to see a notification alert if there are pending incomplete required forms. The notification will remain visible until the form has been submitted for the current year.

Missing Grades - Dual Enrollment: This new report has been created to identify students who have missing grades for classes taken at other schools. To run this report, select sqlReports, then expand the Grading group to find this report.

Attendance Handbook v6.0– A new version of the Attendance Handbook is available on the IT Training and Support website. To quickly access this and all handbooks from PowerSchool, click the PowerSchool Handbooks, Job Aids and Videos link at the bottom of the Start Page, then click on Attendance.

Extended Day Handbook v4.0 – A new version of the Extended Day Handbook is available on the IT Training and Support website. To quickly access this and all handbooks from PowerSchool, click the PowerSchool Handbooks, Job Aids and Videos link at the bottom of the Start Page, then click on Extended Day.

Incident Management Handbook v5.0 – A new version of the Incident Management Handbook is available on the IT Training and Support website. To quickly access this and all handbooks from PowerSchool, click the PowerSchool Handbooks, Job Aids and Videos link at the bottom of the Start Page, then click on Incident Management.

Intro to PowerSchool Handbook v4.1 – A new version of the Intro to PowerSchool Handbook is available on the IT Training and Support website. To quickly access this and all handbooks from PowerSchool, click the PowerSchool Handbooks, Job Aids and Videos link at the bottom of the Start Page, then click on Introduction to PowerSchool.
