During the weekend of October 18, 2024, the IT Department will run a process to open the 2025-26 school year for scheduling. This process will articulate students to their next-year schools based on current school and grade level, neighborhood school, and boundary exception. PowerSchool will be accessible during the setup process and the new year will be available on Monday, October 21, 2024.

All non-resident students must have a current and accurate boundary exception before 4:00 PM on Friday, October 18, 2024. Non-resident students without a boundary exception will be articulated back to their neighborhood school. Run the Non-Resident Students report to check for students without boundary exceptions. To run the report, select sqlReports from the Start Page left-side menu, then expand the group of Enrollment reports. Please contact the Neighborhood Schools and Enrollment Options department if you need help verifying boundary exceptions.

IT will be setting up the 2025-26 Scheduling Scenario and Course Catalog for all district-run Secondary schools in PowerScheduler. Training and Open Lab sessions will be offered for site staff responsible for the technical setup of Course Requests Management in PowerScheduler starting at the end of this month and through December. Please sign up in Professional Learning.
