New Reports/Features

• Student Assignment Cards - Power Cards – This report provides student data to assist elementary schools sites with making informed decisions for next year’s class assignments. To run this report, select sqlReports, then expand the Enrollment group.

• Course Enrollment Mismatches – Elementary – This report identifies elementary course sections in PowerScheduler that are scheduled in incompatible periods AND students whose next-year grade level does not match their course section. To run this report, select sqlReports, then expand the Scheduling group.

• Overlapping Period in PowerScheduler – Elementary - This report identifies elementary school students in PowerScheduler who have scheduling conflicts due to multiple courses being scheduled during the same period. It is recommended that this report be run regularly, as student schedules in elementary schools are created in PowerScheduler and before committing to the final schedule. To run this report, select sqlReports, then expand the Scheduling group.

• Access to PowerScheduler Commit Administrator - This report will display users who have a PowerScheduler Commit Administrator security role at your school. To run this report, select sqlReports, then expand the Scheduling group

• Online Student Enrollment (v3.1) updated 4/17/25

• PowerScheduler for Elementary Schools (v1.1) updated 4/28/25

• Pre-Commit Validation & Commit Process (v1.0) New

• School Choice Management (v3.0) updated 3/4/25

• PowerSchool Training: New training opportunities for obtaining support with Elementary Master Schedule and Secondary Scheduling, have been added to this month's training calendar. Please register in Professional Learning for upcoming PowerSchool Training and Open Labs.
